Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations, rescheduling, complaints, and refunds are handled for services booked through Babwon Sphere.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the scheduled service window. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a reasonable fee if costs were already incurred.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled based on weather, safety conditions, staffing, equipment availability, and customer request.

Service concerns

If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, contact us promptly with your service date, address, and a description of the issue so we can review and, where appropriate, offer corrective action.

Refunds

Refund decisions are assessed case by case and may depend on the work performed, site conditions, customer instructions, and whether remediation was offered.
